8/26/2026, Boston Capital Finance Announces the Retirement of Ellen McDonald 

Boston Capital Finance (BCF) is announcing the retirement of Ellen McDonald, who has been an invaluable member of the BCF team since joining the company in 2021.

Ellen joined BCF following her retirement from Barings, a MassMutual affiliate, where she served as a Director and managed MassMutual’s Affordable Housing Asset Management operations from 2005 through December 2020. During her tenure at Barings, Ellen oversaw all affordable housing asset management activities for MassMutual.

At BCF, Ellen served as a member of the executive team and played an instrumental role in creating and enhancing many of the company’s asset management functions. She contributed to BCF’s strategic vision and served as a mentor and trusted resource to many members of the team.

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Ellen for most of my 21-year career at BCF. She is a trusted advisor and will be missed,” said Sean Curry, Partner and Director of Originations and Investments.

“I would like to thank Ellen for all she has done for BCF. She has been a pleasure to work with, first as an investor and then as a coworker and friend. I wish her the very best,” said Kevin Costello, Managing Partner.

Patty Hill, a 20-year member of the BCF team, will continue to lead BCF’s Asset Management team, supported by Bill Fazzano, a 32-year BCF veteran and Partner and Director of Underwriting. BCF is also pleased to announce the addition of Dylan Cunningham Dylan Cunningham | Boston Capital , who recently joined the Asset Management team after working with TCAM’s LIHTC affordable housing asset management group.

“Patty, along with Tiffany Buckley, a 10-year BCF team member, Colin Driscoll, a 9-year BCF team member,  and Dylan, will continue to provide our customers with the top-tier asset management service they have come to expect from BCF,” said Bill Fazzano.
