Mr. Cunningham is an Asset Manager with Boston Capital Finance. In this capacity, he supports the review of financial reporting, monitors asset performance, and coordinates the processing of construction draws across a diverse real estate investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Boston Capital Finance, Mr. Cunningham was a Financial Analyst and Asset Manager at TCAM Asset Management, where he was responsible for the management of a portfolio of LIHTC properties, as well as working on the Disposition and Loan Underwriting Consulting teams.

Mr. Cunningham is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Finance, as well as a minor in Economics.
