Ms. Buckley is a Senior Asset Manager with Boston Capital Finance. In this capacity, she works closely with developers on monthly construction requisitions for assets under construction within the Boston Capital Finance portfolio. As part of this role, Ms. Buckley collaborates with capital partners, issuers, trustees, construction monitoring engineers, insurance consultants, and the senior Asset Management team to coordinate the funding of monthly requisitions. She is also responsible for analyzing developments in both the lease-up and stabilization phases of the portfolio. Her work includes reviewing property performance and conducting portfolio analyses on a monthly, quarterly, and audited annual basis.

Ms. Buckley began her career at Boston Capital in 2007 and has held positions in both acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Boston Capital Finance, she served as a Senior Asset Manager with Boston Capital Asset Management, where she oversaw the State Agency portfolios awarded to Boston Capital for recipients of TCAP and Section 1602 Exchange funding.

Ms. Buckley holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management and a BS in Finance from Providence College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three children, coaching youth sports, hiking, skiing, and traveling.
