June 1, 2026 – Boston Capital Finance is pleased to announce the closing of another taxable affordable housing loan.  

Brompton Community Housing Development Corporation is developing a new 90-unit mixed-income senior housing community in Houston, Texas. The development, known as Silverleaf Senior Living, will consist of two three-story, elevator-served garden-style buildings designed to support independent living for residents age 55 and older.  Silverleaf Senior Living will include 84 one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom units. The community will serve seniors with household incomes at 30%, 50%, and 60% of the Area Median Income.

“This project will bring much needed high quality, affordable and attainable housing to Houston, Texas. We are excited to be financing another housing development for Brompton Community Housing Development,” said Sean Curry, Partner and Director of Investments and Originations.
