Mr. Harris is an Asset Management Analyst with Boston Capital Finance. In this capacity, Mr. Harris works closely with developers on monthly construction requisitions for assets under construction within the Boston Capital Finance portfolio. As part of this job task, Mr. Harris works with capital partners, issuers, trustees, construction monitoring engineers, insurance consultants and Boston Capital Finance’s senior Asset Management team on the funding of monthly requisitions. Mr. Harris is also involved in the analysis of developments in both the lease up and stabilization phases within the portfolio. This includes reviewing property performance and portfolio analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and audited annual basis. Mr. Harris also works closely with Boston Capital Finance’s accounting and underwriting group as well as the firm’s ownership.
Prior to joining Boston Capital Finance, Mr. Harris was a Financial Analyst at Quartz Properties where he was responsible for the financial analysis of prospective real estate investments. Additionally, Mr. Harris worked with lenders on monthly requisitions of assets within the Quartz portfolio.
Mr. Harris is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business. He holds a BS in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies with a minor in Analytics. In his free time, Mr. Harris enjoys staying active through pickup sports, golfing, and skiing.
