Boston Capital Finance (BCF) is pleased to announce the promotions of Andrew Busick and Peter Lekaj to Assistant Vice Presidents of Underwriting. “Both Andrew and Peter have exemplified a willingness to work hard, go above and beyond and be great team players. Mr. Howe is an Assistant Vice President with Boston Capital Finance. His responsibilities include modeling, underwriting, collaborating with legal and closing tax-exempt bond and forward delayed permanent loan LIHTC transactions.

 Prior to joining Boston Capital Finance, Chris began his career as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in their DC office. Following his time at C&W, Chris transitioned to Multifamily Acquisitions and Development at The Lynd Company in San Antonio, Texas. Chris received a BA in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South, where he played football and baseball, and a Master in Real Estate degree from Harvard University.

Ms. Doyle is an Asset Management Analyst with Boston Capital Finance. Her responsibilities include assisting in construction draw reviews and fundings, reviewing assets in lease up, reviewing stabilized assets and assisting in portfolio reporting.

 Ms. Doyle is a graduate of St. John’s University in New York where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Homeland Security.  She currently resides on the North Shore of Massachusetts and is a major Boston sports fan. In her free time, she volunteers with at-risk youth organizations and coaches basketball.
