Walter F. Williams
Vice President, Assistant Director of Dispositions
Mr. Williams is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Dispositions Group, as well as the development and implementation of strategic plans promoting the orderly and efficient disposition of assets to maximize value returned to the company’s investors. Prior to joining Boston Capital in 2000, Mr. Williams served as a Manager of the Development Group for The Community Builders. His responsibilities included reviewing the construction, financial and operational results of all projects under construction as well as the tax filings for all newly-formed partnerships. Additionally, Mr. Williams has 10 years of public accounting experience with Heald Hoffmeister, Hersey and Associates and Reznick Fedder & Silverman, where he focused on the audits and tax preparation of various real estate tax credit partnerships and subsidized housing transactions. Mr. Williams graduated from Northeastern University with a BSBA degree in Accounting and Finance.
