Mr. Curry is a Partner and Director for Boston Capital Finance. His responsibilities include leading investor capital raising initiatives as well as bond originations. Mr. Curry works closely with both capital and developer partners to identify that the appropriate transactions are placed with the best-matched groups.

Mr. Curry has aided in raising and deploying in excess of $2.9 billion into multifamily bonds and loans. Institutional clients include major investment banks and insurance companies. Developer clients include those groups who are routinely classified as top-tier affordable developers.

Mr. Curry has over 21 years of real estate experience and has been an employee of Boston Capital for over 16 years. Prior to joining Boston Capital in 2005, he served as a development manager for Symes Associates. In that capacity, he worked to acquire, permit, finance and construct single family, multifamily and commercial developments. During some of his tenure at Boston Capital Finance, Mr. Curry also has taught graduate level courses at Boston University.

Mr. Curry holds an MBA from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management and a BA from Assumption University. Mr. Curry resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and three children. He is active in youth sports, outdoor activities and enjoying all that life has to offer.
