Kevin P. Costello

Managing Partner

Kevin Costello directed all the functions of the Boston Capital Institutional Syndication business. He led this operational area since its inception in 1992, which encompassed investment activities for corporate institutional, private proprietary and state CRA funds. Mr. Costello has over 25 years of experience in the real estate syndication and investment services industry. He has also overseen Boston Capital Finances establishment and growth since its inception in 1994. While at Boston Capital Mr. Costello has previously held roles including managing the Affordable Housing Acquisition Team and being responsible for the structuring and distribution of conventional and tax credit private placements. Mr. Costello remains active as the Managing Partner of Boston Capital Finance.

Prior to the introduction of the corporate tax credit business, Mr. Costello was responsible for broker dealer due diligence and investor services for the Boston Capital public tax credit funds. He currently serves on the Executive Committee at Boston Capital. Prior to joining Boston Capital in 1987, Mr. Costello held executive positions with real estate syndication and investment services firms.

Mr. Costello serves on the Board of Directors of FamilyAid Boston, whose mission is to prevent and end homelessness. He is a graduate of Stonehill College and received an MBA in Finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Business Administration.
