Mr. Gould is responsible for analyzing, structuring and closing equity investments in affordable housing communities. Since joining Boston Capital in May 2002, Mr. Gould has successfully closed more than 85 developments throughout the United States with a wide range of financing structures including low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and government subsidized and conventional loans. These developments represent in excess of $280 million in equity provided by Boston Capital. Prior to joining Boston Capital, Mr. Gould worked for Beacon Residential Development, a low income housing tax credit developer. He also served as an Assistant Project Engineer with Gilbane Building Company in Rhode Island and as an Architectural Intern with Butler Rogers Baskett, an architectural firm in New York. Mr. Gould holds a BA in Design of the Environment, a pre-architecture program, from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Boston University Graduate School of Management.
