Mr. Ciminelli joined Boston Capital in 2012 and has over seven years of experience in the low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) industry. As an associate in the Origination Department, he is responsible for sourcing and establishing new developer relationships and assisting with the feasibility and financial structuring of affordable housing investments nationwide. To date, he has been involved in the closing of over $200 million in tax credit equity including bond transactions, 9% LIHTC and rural development transactions. Prior to joining the Origination Department, Mr. Ciminelli served in Boston Capital’s Acquisitions and Asset Management groups.
Mr. Ciminelli holds a BS in both Economics and Finance from Westfield State University. He also holds a Real Estate Finance Association Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University and a Master of Urban, Community and Regional Planning (MCP) from Boston University.
