August 20, 2026 – Boston Capital Finance is pleased to announce the closing of another taxable affordable loan.
Gyani Capital in joint venture with Coalition for Responsible Community Development is developing a new 49-unit senior (55+) mixed income senior multifamily development located in Robstown, Texas. The Lantern at Robstown will include 46 one- and two- bedroom units and three market-rate units within a single three-story wood-frame building. The affordable units will serve households earning between 30%, 50%, and 60% of Area Median Income.
The Lantern at Robstown will offer residents a variety of on-site amenities, including a clubhouse with business and fitness centers, a pet area, a barbecue and picnic area and resident storage.
