Ms. Doyle is an Asset Management Analyst with Boston Capital Finance. In this capacity she works closely with capital partners, borrowers, construction monitoring engineers, trustees, insurance consultants, and all levels of the Boston Capital Finance team. She plays an integral role on the Asset Management Team, ensuring financial reporting requirements are met, continuously monitoring and assessing risk at both the development and investment level, and providing oversight of the debt portfolio. In addition, Ms. Doyle is also responsible for assisting in construction draw reviews and fundings, reviewing assets in lease up, reviewing stabilized assets, and contributing to portfolio reporting. Along with her work with the Senior Asset Management Team, Ms. Doyle works closely with the Originations, Legal, and Underwriting Teams to ensure that quality service is being provided on a consistent basis.

Prior to joining Boston Capital Finance, Ms. Doyle was employed by the Essex County District Attorney’s Office as a case manager working with at-risk youth, which she continues to do through volunteer work.

Ms. Doyle is a graduate of St. John’s University, Queens, New York where she earned a earned a BS in Homeland Security with a minor in Counterterrorism. Ms. Doyle is an avid sports fan and in her free time, along with volunteering with at-risk youth organizations, she stays active playing basketball and running.
