Heritage Estates at Valley Ridge

March 5, 2025 – Boston Capital Finance (BCF) is pleased to announce the closing of another fixed rate forward taxable affordable permanent loan.  

The development, Heritage Estates at Valley Ridge, a new three-story construction apartment complex located in Lewisville, Texas will house 92 affordable units serving seniors at 30%-60% AMI.  Common area amenities include a club room, fitness center, yoga center and activity center.  The development also includes a dog walking park and outdoor sitting area.
