August 17, 2026 – Boston Capital Finance is pleased to announce the closing of another taxable affordable loan.  

Prestwick Development Company, LLC is developing a new 64-unit senior (62+) mixed-income housing development located in Marietta, Georgia.   Evergreen Senior Apartments will include 57 one- and two- bedroom units and seven market-rate units within a single four-story wood-frame building.  The affordable units will serve households earning between 30%, 50%, and 60% of the Area Median Income.

Community amenities include a leasing office, community room with kitchen, fitness room, wellness room, computer center, mail room, community laundry and a covered porch and picnic area.
