June 17, 2025 – Boston Capital Finance (BCF) is pleased to announce the closing of a $67 million construction to permanent tax-exempt multifamily bond. Enclave on Louetta is a to-be-built 358-unit affordable housing apartment complex located in Harris County, Texas.   The development will consist of four, 3 and 4 story garden style apartments and will be situated on 15.7 acres.  The property will include 622 surface parking spaces, a clubhouse, fitness area, swimming pool, dog park and learning center.
