July 1, 2026 – Boston Capital Finance is pleased to announce the closing of another construction to permanent tax-exempt multifamily housing bond.

Palindrome Properties Group, LLC is developing The Residences at Dorsey Station: a to-be-built, 162-unit affordable multifamily housing community located in Tempe, Arizona within the Dorsey Station master planned community.  The Residences at Dorsey Station will offer a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom units. This to-be-built multifamily housing development is located in close proximity to a metro light-rail station and is situated within the strong Tempe submarket adjacent to Arizona State University.
