Mr. Howe is an Assistant Vice President with Boston Capital Finance. His responsibilities include modeling, underwriting, collaborating with legal and closing tax-exempt bond and forward delayed permanent loan LIHTC transactions.

Prior to joining Boston Capital Finance, Chris began his career as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in their DC office. Following his time at C&W, Chris transitioned to Multifamily Acquisitions and Development at The Lynd Company in San Antonio, Texas. Chris received a BA in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South, where he played football and baseball, and Master in Real Estate degree from Harvard University.
