March 23, 2026 – Boston Capital Finance is pleased to announce the closing of another fixed rate forward taxable affordable permanent loan.  

The development, Blossom Commons, is a to-be-built affordable apartment community in Westminster, Colorado. Blossom Commons will be a 50-unit senior multifamily development offering one and two bedroom units for seniors earning between 30% and 70% of the area median income.  The development will be centrally located in the transit oriented Downtown Westminster redevelopment area with immediate access to bus rapid transit, and multi-use trails. Development amenities will include a fitness room, community rooms, outdoor barbeque area, EV-charging stations, and a community resource center.

This community will be developed by Volker Development. “Volker Development is a leader in the affordable multifamily space.
