BCF is happy to announce the promotion of Patty Hill to Assistant Director of Asset Management. “Patty has been part of the Boston Capital family for many years, first as an equity asset manager and now a debt manager. We are thrilled to announce the promotion”, said Sean Curry, Partner and Director of Originations and Investments.

Boston Capital Finance’s Don Phelan will be attending the Ohio Housing Conference on November 3-5.

“I had the opportunity to attend the conference last year and found it to be a really great event.  At the meeting I was fortunate to meet with Fairfield Homes and this past August BCF closed Elevate 340 https://bostoncapital.com/elevate-340 in Columbus, Ohio”, said Don Phelan, senior originator.

If any developers will be in attendance, please keep an eye out for Don.

Walter Williams, Kevin Costello and Sean Curry will be attending AHF Live this coming November 18-19.  “AHF is the premier housing conference of the year. I’ve been attending the conference for many years and am looking forward to seeing so many developer partners at the event”, said Walter Williams, senior originator.  Please keep an eye out for Walter, Kevin and Sean.

Bill Fazzano recently attended the grand opening of The Mosaic in Denver Colorado.  Archway, a leader in providing quality affordable housing for Coloradans, began renovations on four historic dormitory buildings at the former Johnson & Wales Campus in Denver’s Park Hill Neighborhood. Renovations were completed this year. “We are excited to add this project to our growing affordable portfolio.  As a former two-time University of Denver graduate, this is one of the more rewarding projects I’ve worked on in my career,” said Bill Fazzano, Director of Underwriting.
