On behalf of our investors, we are responsible for transaction sourcing, investment analytics, coordinating and conducting market research and analysis, due diligence, finance and accounting, asset management, investor reporting, risk management and dispositions. We negotiate with developers, sellers, operators and lenders to obtain appropriate investment terms for each project. Ultimately, we oversee the execution of each investment through the acquisition, construction/renovation, lease-up, asset management and disposition stages. We use our extensive relationships with best-in-class national and regional management companies to perform day-to-day property management.
Our senior professionals have extensive experience in real estate acquisition, investment, finance, asset management, construction and dispositions, having overseen, in addition to BCRE’s investments, in excess of $12 billion of multifamily and other commercial property investments. Our senior management group averages over 23 years of real estate and finance experience. With extensive industry contacts, we have cultivated long-term relationships with national and regional multifamily developers, owners, operators, managers, brokers, lenders and service providers. These relationships, combined with the professional expertise these partners bring, position us to source proprietary products and to underwrite and assemble a program of attractive investment opportunities.
