December 18, 2025 – Boston Capital Finance (BCF) is pleased to announce the closing of another fixed rate forward taxable affordable loan.
Esplanade Delille, is a to-be-built 50-unit mixed-income housing community in New Orleans, Louisiana developed by the prestigious HRI Communities, LLC. The development will include a mix of forty-seven one-bedroom and three two-bedroom apartments across three buildings. The project will include a ground-floor retail space.
